"We LOVED our time in Joyuda at Nino's Beach House! Nino was proactive and communicative ahead of our arrival, the house was incredibly clean and as described. The kitchen has any appliance you could dream of including espresso maker, air fryer and a massive commercial grade refrigerator and freezer and gas range. The outdoor area is where it really shines though - it is PERFECT for spending time with family and taking in the beauty of the area. There are plenty of chairs and loungers and shade cover and sunny spots too. The pier is awesome and although the water was not as calm while we were visiting, still gorgeous.Also being able to utilize kayaks and paddle boards was a huge perk. We loved kayaking to Isla de Ratones.Nino takes a lot of care in describing the space and it was accurate. You do get some noise from cars driving by or some nearby restaurants, but to us it was nothing that detracted from the stay and we were prepared based on the descriptions. Also, all waterfront areas in Puerto Rico are public property, so people do utilize the pier and swim nearby. We loved getting to say hi to people and everyone we met was super respectful.The grocery store is walkable as are a number of restaurants.Our family made amazing memories together here and we have already said how we cannot wait to return. It was an amazing trip and we were so grateful to stay with Nino."

"Great place! Beautiful, comfortable with plenty of space for our large family. We loved the outdoor kitchen area and my boys could t get enough of the pool table. Host is very friendly and helpful!"

"Our check-in process was very easy, and we received clear instructions from the host. Just a quick heads-up: there’s a small pothole right before you enter the property, so drive carefully. Other than that, everything was fantastic!The views are absolutely stunning, you could literally see across PR for miles and being on the top floor you have nothing blocking your view. Also the room was cool, comfortable, and well-kept. You can open a window to enjoy fresh air and listen to the soothing sound of ocean waves. The beach is literally steps away, which makes this location perfect for relaxing.The room also had plenty of thoughtful extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, extra towels, and even an extra fan for white noise—everything you need for a comfortable stay.As for noise, out of the five nights we stayed, only one or two nights had people on the beach late at night. It wasn’t enough to be annoying, and closing the windows solved it easily.Communication with the host was excellent—they answered all my questions promptly and were very helpful.Overall, this is a great location, and I would definitely recommend it to others. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely book this room again!"

"Very cute apartment, with a great location at a very private cove. Beach is shallow, but there's a shore with sand at which to relax and a few mini pools in which you can plunge. There are urchins so water shoes are a must. You can fish from shore and enjoy beautiful sunsets. All neighbors in the building were quiet and respectful. For remote work, cell service was spotty at times as was the wifi, usually evenings, but it seemed to be a provider issue not a house one. There was also an issue with main AC but owners helped with a workaround. Owners were not responsive over VRBO messaging app, but if you called them, they answered and were very friendly. Ultimately, the place was clean, served its purpose, and I would consider renting it again. "

"The condo was big and clean upon arrival. Breakfast on the rooftop looking at the ocean was the best. We stopped in Mayaguez Walmart on the way to condo for basic foods snacks cases of water umbrellas for beach. The pool area was lovely and the popular beaches are within 20 minutes. We ate alot in Joyuda waterfront dining options and Buena Vibre was great closer to the condo!!"

"A true gem! This home is perfectly situated just steps from numerous restaurants and vibrant nightlife, with the beach only a quick two-minute walk away. Impeccably maintained, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Valerie, the host, was fantastic—welcoming, attentive, and even provided snacks and treats upon arrival. I highly recommend this place—you won’t be disappointed!"
