"My husband and I had an incredible stay at Paradisus. We stayed in a reserve king swim-up suite for a week, which was clean and comfortable, and ultimately felt private even with the shared pool. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. Special shout out to our fantastic concierge Juventino! He was so kind and helpful, and really made our stay that much better. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and had a great time at hibachi night, as well. We have stayed at a few all inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean, and this was by far our favorite. Highly recommend!"

The AC unit in the room was quit loud but I appreciated the cool environment for sleep. I did not appreciate the heavy Time Share recruiting as you entered the hotel. Despite, I would definitely recommend this hotel."
