MAIN CRITICISM OF THE ROOM IS THE OVER BATH SHOWER. WHOEVER PLANNED PUTTING THE TAPS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BATH AS WELL AS THE WIRE RACK & SOAP DISPENSERS HAS NEVER TRIED TO STAND TAKING A SHOWER IN THE BATH WHILST FIGHTING THE PLASTIC SHOWER SHEET - IT IS DANGEROUS . I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW HEAVIER / LARGER PEOPLE MANAGE IT!!. RECEPTION - VERY RESPONSIVE TO ANY REQUESTS IE COFFEE NOT TOPPED UP WAS QUICKLY RESOLVED. "The villa was amazing, and the hosts, Thomas and Kiki, were incredibly friendly on arrival and couldn't have been more helpful. They even left us a few treats, including a delicious home-cooked moussaka, which was gratefully enjoyed on our first evening after a long day of travel.The villa was exactly as described, with all the facilities our family needed to fully relax and enjoy our stay. Our two teenage boys were never bored and were genuinely sad to leave! The location is very central, making it easy to explore everything we wanted to visit in Crete—from stunning beaches and gorges to the city and beyond.Overall, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-end villa in Crete."
