"This is an outstanding property on Lake Winnipesaukee! It’s well-furnished and would be ideal for a family with children.The only downside is getting to it via a dirt road which can be challenging after dark."

"The house was immaculate and updated, the kitchen had everything we needed and the tv room downstairs was a great addition. We really enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch.Our one disappointment was that the beach is not available to renters on Saturdays. We understand the policy, but we did not learn of this until our arrival. This definitely should have been disclosed on the website - we would have changed the dates of our stay. A pass to a nearby town beach was offered instead, but it was far inferior to the Suissevale beach.Other than that, the beach was wonderful, the kids loved the two playgrounds, and we enjoyed using the grills and picnic tables down by the water."

"This cottage is a perfect place to stay! It has everything you could think of for staying on a lake - lake toys, a great dock, a sandy beach, a fire pit, places to walk, a screened porch with seating and eating areas, great views, etc. etc.! Karl is a great host. We had a fabulous week."
