"Very clean and spacious unit. Building was very secure and well managed. Gym was excellent. Unit was very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. TV was subscribed to a wide range of programs and movie channels. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

The apt would get hot sometimes when using the oven or running the dryer since there's no AC. also trash would pick up at odd hours which would be very loud but closing the windows helped. Other than that, overall a good place to stay and it was nice to have a Trader Joe's so close."

"We liked our stay on Jackson St mainly due to the location. Fillmore Street is a great neighborhood full of yummy places to eat. Bluebottle Coffee is a half of block away. The apartment is small and charming but lacks some comforts. They do not have cable and the Roku TV was not adequate. The kitchen does not have a dining table and the bar stools are very uncomfortable. We really needed a Renters guide and had to solve problems on our own. The bed was comfortable and access to washer and dryer...

"This apartment is spacious and light. The building has only 12 apartments and is quiet. The side street location is quiet, and close to a main transit line on Geary Street. The drawbacks to this unit were windows that would not open for air (and this was not addressed for 10 days), beds that were full sized not queen sized (not comfortable for a couple to sleep on), random furniture giving it a "whatever" feel, a TV that is much, much too small to be seen from the sofas, a main bathroom...
