"The bedroom and facilities in the bedroom were of a high quality although we could have done with more tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. The shower was excellent being larger than usual and quality shampoo/soap. "

"Clean large room. Safe didn’t function and no lightbulb in desk lamp. Door card would only function on the 3rd attempt every time. Nice hotel but totally marred by an ‘Anime’ convention which lasted the 2 nights we were there. The hotel never informed us of this before our stay but if they had we would never have booked the accommodation. Noisy and packed with animated dysfunctional young people. We have yet to contact the hotel to raise our huge disappointment!"
