"The staff were helpful. We chose the area due to the bus stop being close by. There was a lot of construction going on and we could not use the bus stop. We were able to catch the bus, but it was a lot further walk. The bar was very nice. The room was wonderful. The only negative I would say is that it is a distance from the airport/central london. We had a very difficult time getting uber/lyft/bolt drivers. They would cancel on us after we booked."

"The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly picturesque. Our room was amazing, very spacious, spotless, and featuring a fantastic double shower which was a real highlight. The bar staff in particular were exceptional throughout our stay, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which really added to the overall experience. "We had an excellent stay at this cozy, historic hotel. We stayed in Room #10, and although it was on the smaller side, it had everything we needed and was tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Hammersmith Underground station, which made it an ideal base for exploring the city throughout our stay.
