"This is a beautiful, classic, log home in darling Walloon Village! The owners were so easy to communicate with and very responsive. The cabin is so well appointed I can’t say it enough, from the clean and perfectly sized hot tub to cozy beds and well appointed kitchen! I Love to cook and use kitchens when I rent VRBO‘s and this one has it all, ice cream scooper, every knife and pot and pan you could imagine. There is also a washer and dryer which came in handy and had a nice folding table, which was a great touch and recycle bins which I really appreciate. We did not use the gas grill, but I have no doubt it’s clean and works great. The front porch sitting area has a really nice propane fire table in case you don’t want to tackle starting a fire in the backyard fire pit! The cabin is situated on a beautiful wooded lot with nice trails that you can wander through and look at plants, birds and trees. It is just a few minutes drive from Boyne city, Boyne Mountain, Petoskey, Charlevoix and Harbor Springs and would be a very easy drive to hit Mackinac Island for the day too. The Wi-Fi worked great and there are plenty of movies and games to entertain when the weather is cold or rainy. I highly recommend this great cabin!"

"This little cottage was perfect for us. We were able to bring our dogs and have the freedom to let them roam around in the fenced in yard. The home is walking distance to the few shops/restaurants that Walloon has to offer. The hot tub was perfect for the chilly nights we had and gave us something extra to do with our downtime. It was also so nice to have such a quick drive to both boyne city and petoskey. Highly highly recommend this stay. The hosts were so helpful, communicative, and left a sweet welcome letter upon our arrival. We have definitely added this to our “must revisit” list."

"We were able to enjoy a week at this property and had an amazing time in the area and in the home. The house was perfectly described and had all the amenities that were needed. The hot tub was a must of my wife's list, and it did not disappoint. The weather was not very cooperative for spring sun but the hot tub in a light snowfall was nice. The kitchen was beyond well stocked, BBQ excellent, the game room was a great touch even for us adults. Internet was great for those that need it on a vacation or even to work away from the office. The beds were comfortable, the place was super clean, and property well kept. We were able to have a nice fire outside and cook some hot dogs for lunch. I'd defiantly recommend it to any of our friends and might even return one fall or summer in the near future. Thanks for your hospitality, prompt messages and providing information to enhance our stay in the area. A++ any beyond, don't pass by this property."

"This was a perfect location for our weekend getaway with two other families with young kids. The house had even more beds than advertised and the layout of the house was great for adults and kids to have their own space. Tons of kids toys and games stocked which was an unexpected perk! Only con I can think of is there is a picture of a keurig so we brought our kcups but it turns out there is only a regular coffee pot. Not a biggie cause it’s only 10 minutes from meijer."
