They accommodated each and every request for him which made such a difference for us. Such a welcoming and inclusive hotel and staff. "Convenient location for the airport & as a base to visit the area. The beach shuttle is a great facility & gives you the opportunity of relaxing for a day or 2 on arrival or before travelling home. Rooms are spacious & clean. Staff were friendly, efficient & always available if you required anything. Restaurant food quality was very good both for breakfast & evening."

"Beautiful setting and landscaping. Staff are brilliant, friendly and attentive and not in your face. Spa was great. Recommend ‘water shoes’ for the beach as it’s a coral beach, it’s beautiful, the shoes will enhance the experience "

"Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium. "
