There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.

My husband & I had an absolutely wonderful time at Le Clos des Anges ! Gael & Sofie were so welcoming and went over & above, especially when we had a minor health issue to ensure we found appropriate medical care. They speak English quite well & we felt grateful as we were in their county speaking limited French. Pullman in Lyon was ideal as were were leaving by train the next day. Turned out not just convenient, it was an excellent hotel for many other great reasons! Very hospitable and highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful. Our regret was we had eaten a huge lunch and were not hungry for dinner. But breakfast made up for it. Ohhhhhh. One more regret. We didn’t stay longer. Their on property spa looks fabulous. Merci

Nice big room, across the pool that was much needed during the heat wave. We had dinner at the restaurant that was very good albeit on the pricy side. The Chateau is nested in the vineyards, the surroundings are gorgeous.

The hotel more than met our expectations. Our family of 4 stayed in the room on the 4th floor and it had plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay again.

Best Western esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación central del tren y tiene comercio alrededor.El dormitorio muy limpio y cómodo. Baño nítido. Lo incomodo fue la llave para abrir la ducha y tina. Agradezco la atención en la recepción de la señora Assiayd, fue muy atenta y amable.

Dormitorio es amplio, baño muy limpio. Lo incomodo fue que no había nadie en la recepción para hacer check in, a mediodía. En la tarde llego el recepcionista, muy atento y amable. Servicio de bus a la estación del tren. Existe un centro comercial cerca del hotel y restaurantes.
