"I found this Hotel lacking in a reasonable amount of quality. Even though the hotel manager tells me that each room has hot water, my room did not have hot water. At best it was luke warm. As I was checking out of the hotel I asked to chat with the manager. The manager’s tone was clearly not friendly. In fact, she was somewhat rude and abrupt with me, which is not a positive sign for customer service and dealing with customer concern concerns. If you plan to stay at this hotel, beware it’s not going to be the most comfortable of stays. "
