"The apartment (house) is located in a quiet suburb north of Madrid, we accessed by car but used the train to travel into Madrid... all very easy. "The property was stunning, absolutely massive, very clean, had so much to do there and the views were gorgeous. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and any problems were fixed immediately. Close to local supermarkets and cafes and a train station to get into main Madrid. We had the most amazing time and thank the hosts for making it so lovely."

Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. "En general, buena experiencia, aunque tuvimos que llamar varias veces porque no había suficientes toallas ni sillas para nuestro grupo de 11 personas y hubo un error con la hora de check out (nos dijeron que era a las 11 y habíamos reservado este alojamiento porque era hasta las 19:00). La piscina no es climatizada, pero para hacer contraste con el calor del jacuzzi no está nada mal."

"Staff were all excellent throughout. From the moment of checking in, front desk lady (Lucia) helped us to the room and with luggages. Breakfast buffet staff (particular mentioned to Roberto) were all. We checked out today and called a Uber to airport which was running late. The Bellboy was so concerned that he walked out to the curb side to ensure the location status of the Uber driver. This is what customer service is all about to the very core. We had a very nice tow night stay at Regina Hotel. Highly recommend! "
