"The hotel entrance was quite hard to find as it is hidden between some small alleys but once you get there the staff was incredibly helpful and they even use a translator tool to try their best to help you. Love that they provide daily room services and also laundry. You can call them at the lobby and they will pick up your laundry. Once it’s done they also leave them back at your door. The hotel room doesn’t have a fridge and they also don’t have an elevator. Will need to climb stairs to get to...

"Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away."
