"Staff was very polite and helpful. However they did take the phone number of my guest for contact information. I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me.
Room has extravagant & quirky decorations, but is very much in need of a deep cleaning! Lots of dust on the mirrors, tiles, and under the bed. A/C cannot be controlled within the room, and Staff must be called if it needs to be turned on/off.

"The room was very spacious and clean. The bath tub was nice as well. Breakfast buffet tasted really good, and the staff were super nice. Everyone is always happy to provide support, and although very few staff speak English, others will still assist you with translation apps.
The only issue I saw was the noise level. You can hear water running in other rooms and people yelling loudly in the hallway at night and early mornings. All in all I really liked the place and will stay again if I visit...
