"This property is well-liked by long-term local lodgers. Even Russians were there. But it would be abhorrent for European tourists. Expedia CANNOT RATE as four four-star. Locally it is rated as a 3-star hotel. It had a home-size pool and full board food served under 1.5 windows in the morning, afternoon and evening. It is well known for the dissatisfaction locally.
