Locally it is rated as a 3-star hotel. It had a home-size pool and full board food served under 1.5 windows in the morning, afternoon and evening. It is well known for the dissatisfaction locally. "Fabulous hotel, with gorgeous grounds, amazing spa with sea water pool and more food than you can imagine in the common dining area (buffet). Ironically the food in both restaurants was extremely over cooked and bland! However, the restaurant away from the hotel (Kuyu I think), had excellent food so we ended up eating there a lot. The staff are extremely helpful, kind, attentive and professional! I would go back again in a heartbeat."
