All staff were friendly and helpful, especially on reception when arranging a car to the airport. I was with friends and there were spaces to meet as a group which we appreciated. All staff were smartly dressed (this is rare in England); everywhere in the hotel was pristine, for example, brass and glass polished and shining. Everything was of a very high standard, highly recommended. "
