"This hotel boasts an excellent location within a city like Ostend. The rooms are notably spacious, well-maintained, and clean. The reception staff are highly informative and articulate, explaining details clearly. Furthermore, the restaurant personnel exhibit great professionalism, and the food quality is outstanding."

"HIGH CLASS "BELLE EPOQUE" ARCHITECTURE HOTEL, WITH ELEGANT AND HARMONIOUS DECORATIONS, STYLISH LOBBY AND ASSOCIATED PREMISES, EXCELLENT STAFF - CHECK IN/CHECK OUT GREAT SUPPORT, AS WELL AS PROVIDING LOCAL INFORMATION. CLEANING UP THE ROOM’S WALL-TO-WALL CARPET, THIS WOULD BE THE ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST TO BE TAKEN CARE OF."

The rooms are gorgeous, thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need, and the breakfast was delicious! Hans and Tamara are exceptional hosts who truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"
