"Our stay at Jovilee Hotel was exactly what we needed. The hotel is nice, safe and clean and has self parking on site. There is no restaurant in this hotel but there is an excellent chinese restaurant across the street and they deliver to your hotel room. The location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. We recommend the Jovilee Hotel and will stay there again when we return to Belice."

Belize City has a reputation but it's not very accurate. Yes there is extreme poverty and extreme wealth but the people are warm Friendly and I passed hundreds of people during my stay who said hello good afternoon etc and smiled! Visit Belize!

Belize City is nice and the people are very friendly. The food at selected restaurants is excellent...but not just any restaurant - if you ask the locals they will direct you to quality sites, restaurants, etc.

"Absolutely beautiful hotel both inside and out!
The rooms were stunning, and the bathrooms were especially impressive elegant and thoughtfully stocked, even including a shower cap, which was such a nice detail. The body wash and shampoo dispensers in the shower made everything feel simple and convenient.
The staff truly stood out every single person I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and genuinely eager to make our stay great. Their hospitality made a lasting impression.

"This hotel stay was amazing. The rooms are nice and clean and the views are out of this world. The staff was super nice and very accomodating with everything. They provided transportaion from the airport and the ferry. The pool was amazing, the food was amazing, the staff was amazing and on top of it all. Communcation was very easy. We loved the hotel and loved the calm and serenity around the cabins. Just great all around."
