Right across from the beach and away from the busy restaurants in Anzio. Fantastic beach/ocean views from the balcony."

"Upon arriving there was large dance party with loud music that could be hear to the third floor. The crowd was so large you could not go onto the outdoor deck. The restaurant area was the same. No where to sit. We were taken to another area where wedding guests would be seated and had dinner. The subsequent days breakfast and dinners were excellent. Staff was gracious and caring. Limited parking but we were there on the shoulder season--no problem. This is a beach front hotel. There are really no other facilities for shopping etc. Need to head into Latina for this."

"Nice location, best option to stay in Latina. They have upgraded me to their top suite which had a great terrace looking over Latina from the top floor."

"The male waiters were rude and arrogant. The dinner was bad, but the breakfast was good. The shower was switching from hot to cold in a second you had to be careful not to be burned. The cleaning of the bath room needs improvement. Unfortunately we had next to the hotel a big dog barking during nighttime. Not a pleasant stay. "
