"The overnight woman at the front desk, Lea, was absolutely exceptional. I arrived so late due to travel complications, and she was so kind and welcoming. I seriously can't say enough wonderful things about the entire staff. I stayed here a few years ago when it was still Hyatt, and the staff was amazing then too. I will absolutely be recommending this hotel! Thank you again for making the stay so wonderful!"

"Les employés de l'hôtel ont été très serviables. C'est un bel hôtel moderne avec toutes les nécessités requises. J'y ai séjourné durant le weekend et il n'y avait pas de possibilité de prendre le déjeuner ou tout simplement un en-cas. Je l'aurais grandement apprécié pour ma mère âgée. Mais le service est excellent!"
