We were able to walk to the nearby Anclote State Park, and we enjoyed swimming and a beautiful sunset. The place is also very close to Tarpon Springs, which has many nice Greek cafes and shops."

"Everything was so nice. Beds were comfortable. Easy beach access. Local clubs a short walk. Ocean breeze and hammocks are a win win in the Florida heat. Convenient location to everything one would need for a relaxing vacation. Host is accommodating and groovy! Pleasant overall experience!"

"We had no problems with our stay and the hosts were very helpful and checked in often. The fence was not all the way to the ground so a small dog could easily escape but we weren’t here for very long and the neighbors also had fenced backyards so that wasn’t a big problem. Weeki Watchee was a wonderful waterpark close by and we also saw the manatees year round at Homosassa State Park. We enjoyed our trip thoroughly!"

"The property was great. Awesome location close to everything but still tucked away to where you felt like you weren't in the big city. The pool and space was wonderful. The only suggestions I had was to have some blankets in the living room areas and there wasn't a wide selection of cooking items. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home!"

"Didnt get the chance to use the hot tub attached to the pool as we couldn't figure out how to get it to turn on or use it. Some instructions would have been nice instead of a small note of when something operated at certain times. It was either chilly, cold or raining to go to the beach so the pool was a plus. The house was very peaceful. My family and i enjoyed our stay very much despite the weather we ran into in Florida. Thank you for letting my family stay in your beautiful home."

The home has a modern kitchen with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Jan is very attentive when you need and can’t recommend his home enough. We had a fabulous relaxing stay, just what we needed. The pool & yard were great & spent some time almost everyday there. Five Stars all the way from us!"

"An older condo however it was very clean and peaceful. The views were breathtaking. Excellent location and we had a 2 bedroom condo with views of bay in every room. Customer service was remarkable. The manager was a God send understanding my mistake when booking. He assisted me with making my 70th Birthday very memorable. He was so nice and helpful. "

"We’ve stayed here a number of times now on weekend getaways, affordable full-kitchen option in the Tampa area, easy drive to activities in either Tampa or the beaches. WiFi in the rooms is sometimes spotty, otherwise rooms are fine. We enjoy the walk next door to a Bahama Breeze for dinner and hanging out, then easily back to the room for an early start next day. "

"Great apartments! The only issue we ran into was parking, as the valet lot was full, and the weekend we were there had several baseball games. The front desk was able to refer us to a lot a few blocks away. "
