"Great central location. Apartments are basic but clean, roomy and practical, offering better value for a family than most hotels."

"For a short stay, it is a perfect spot. Everything is there. The only complaint is the quality of the beds: the mattress is too soft for me, and a few more lamps would be great. Otherwise, perfect."

"Everything was great for stay. Suggest furnishing with comfy chairs. Everything will was fantastic, apartment, facilities, location an price"

"Great location, the courtyard was very handy"

"Very peacefull room in the courtyard."

"The apartment is very nice, Looks to be newly refreshed. Looks as advertised. Short walk to the train station shopping and food nearby easy to catch big bus tours. The only problems there is no air-conditioning on the second floor and it’s on a very busy street never had complete nights sleep, between the bar just below and the emergency vehicles sirens throughout the night. I got very little sleep."

"A very nice stay at a perfect location. "

"Nice place for a family, great location"

"The Bensimon features very large apartments nicely renovated. The communication process was superb. The room was spotless and quiet. It overlooked a central courtyard characteristic of Berlin apartments. It was easy to get to by Tram. We would stay again."

"great location and apartment overall. super convenient and well appointed. we were a party of 6 and everything worked well. Only challenge in specific cases was having only 1 bathroom (though having the shower separately certainly helped)"

"Decent area, clean spacious apartment"

"Mostly great, but the top apartment got pretty hot during our July/August stay. No easy way to cross-ventilate means the single fan had a hard time distributing cool outdoor night air."

"This is a reliable place to stay with an excellent location."

"Great location on the doorstep of trendy pubs / bars plenty of eating places around the corner "

"The apartment was modern, super clean, had all the necessary amenities, and is in the perfect location to walk to Berlin's most famous sites. Vladimir responded to my questions promptly and was a great host. I would definitely stay here again."
