"Good breakfast, clean room."

"The bed was really comfortable and the room was cozy. Shampoo and conditioner weren’t that great. The shower gel pump was broken, but no one was checked while I stayed in 7 days."

"Lovely hotel with great staff. Great breakfast and really good room. Only small negative was that the room could have been a little cleaner. Would highly recommend and thank you to the lovely staff."

"Very friendly staff . Accommodated my early check in after a long day of travel . Great location with lots to do and see . Great hotel I will stay again ."

"Staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean and modern, but did not have enough lighting - was rather dark. Breakfast was good - but restaurant was disappointing, as it offered little choice for evening meal. No Portuguese specialities, as advertised! The attached cafe with lighter breakfasts was very good. Location very good."

"Helpful staff, nice rooms, great spa, comfy bathrobes. Would recommend. Great Location too. The zoo was great."

Unfortunately, the trolley did not fit in the elevator, so I had to carry everything myself. The breakfast was good, but not what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, I expected a much higher level of service. The hotel was nice, but the service did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star...
