"Muy buena atención "

"The shuttle, friendly staff and key card security was nice and the sheets were soft. However, the hotel feels old and smelled strongly of bug spray. The floor and tables at breakfast were tacky/sticky (not the fault of the attendant, she was wiping and cleaning). Need to invest and freshen up."

"Dirty rooms, everything smells like cigarette smoke, even in (2) non-smoking rooms. A/C was musty smelling, looked like drug deals happening in stairwell. Nothing felt safe"

"Strange entryway that is not self evident the first time you arrive; the lobby is on the second floor and you will not get there if you press the elevator button on the wrong side of the elevator. Unusual to have paid parking in a neighborhood like College Point. Staff was very nice, hotel was very clean and room well appointed. Breakfast was okay but cost more when I booked it on line vs paying à la carte. I don’t expect microwave eggs when I’m paying that much. "

"Es cerca del aeropuerto, pero el área era bastante sucia y peligrosa. Para una noche está bien, tomando en consideración la cercanía al JFK, no obstante la ventilación y el calor nos impidieron dormir. Las áreas comunes estaban frescas, pero el aire acondicionado en los cuartos no servía. Me hubiera quedado en una zona más segura y aunque hubiese tenido que levantarme más temprano para ir al aeropuerto hubiésemos dormido mejor. No volvería y la noche costó más de 200 dólares, nada económico."
