"This hotel has a great snack bar area in the lobby with ice cream, chips, drinks, yogurt etc that you can buy from. The rooms are clean and modern but we were dissapointed with the old TVs. We were looking forward to using Netflix or even screen sharing from our phone but the TVs were dated and unable to use this feature. Having a restaurant inside the hotel next to the lobby was convenient, no need to walk outside. The elevators are slow and super busy."

"The valet at $55 a night did not always text me when the car was ready. 1st room had a plumbing issue and stains on the carpet. 2nd room stains on carpet. Bath room small, underlit, no counter space, no exhaust fan. Room was so noisy was like no insulation. Sounded like a window was open even though it wasn't. Missing a trim piece on a down light. I called for room to be cleaned one night and it did not happen. I felt like the room was tolerable but not what I expected at this price point. Overall, disappointed with the Andra."
