"Pros: if you want a very affordable place downtown, it’s great. Right in the sweet spot, but that’s where the pros end. Cons: we checked in late and slept in day one, woke up with no hot water. The shower head is very low, even for my 5’4” wife but that can be overlooked. There was either a black suv or black car with someone constantly sitting in it, all hours of the day and night, the vehicles were always on. They sat right outside our room, so it was sort of odd, There is a crack between the wall and shade, so someone outside could see you changing. We had the tv on, the channel just went out and never came back on; the only channels were antenna channels only. That’s really fine, but just so you know what you’re getting into. We asked for fresh towels and they didn’t get delivered, I walked to the desk to get them. No hairdryer, was told, “it’s not in there?” Told us they would try to find one, never got it. The grab and go breakfast was bananas and oranges, that is grab and go and the coffee was almost clear. As I said, we didn’t use it except to sleep, but just be mindful of what you are paying for."

"Quiet. Spacious studios. Delicious breakfast. Fabulous coffee. Nice rooftop (furniture wasn’t set up but I’m splitting hairs lol) and close to climate pledge arena"

"Good location. A lot of drugs around the area. Never felt unsafe but if you’re not used to seeing that, it’s a bit of a culture shock. Only coffee and water to drink at the hotel so plan ahead if you want something else in your room. "

"Great location hotel in downtown Seattle! Close to Pike Place Market/wharf one direction and the Space Needle the other. Lots of great restaurants all around. It's a bit of a longer walk to the sports fields....about a mile....but doable."

"Restrooms are small. The charges on the rooms when you check in are a bit confusing. No smart TVs in the rooms. No hair dryers either."

"Many memories of staying with the family at this expansive and iconic mid-century resort style hotel. Just opposite the airport. Excellent again, this weekend, for a short layover."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were kind and helpful with any questions or need that we had. Enjoyed a very nice lunch in the restaurant there, and it took advantage of quiet and views from the 7th floor Terrace and Bar. Definitely a place we plan to stay at again on future visits to Seattle."
