"Room was not cleaned well before check in, had to request new blankets due to being dirty. Walls had some kind of food smeared on it, bathroom floor still had someone else’s hair and also Barbie toys under sink on floor. Watched someone else’s kid pee in a chair next to the kitchen and when I told staff they said they would take care of it. Didn’t even ask me to show them what chair I was talking about. Watched for a while and never saw anyone come clean it. Hot tub was falling apart. Won’t be staying here again. "

"We booked our room the beginning of December and was surprised to find that the pool was closed. A pool was a necessity for our stay, and I found this one using the pool filter when searching. "

"Housekeeping lady on her call out in the hallway super loud on speaker phone at 7:00 am .very disturbing woke up several rooms we all came out to tell her to please keep it down. Then at 10:00 hotel fire alarm went off for about 15 non stop .. all very disturbing for a hotel stay to try rest ."

"March 31, 2026 We booked for one night and stayed in the panoramic room! It is absolutely beautiful and a huge room. The room was very clean however the hallways and the room smell of older carpet. The rest of the building without carpet was very fresh.! staff was very attentive and spoke! We didn’t really use any amenities however we were told breakfast buffet was available for $18 and so was a bar!! I will be back for another staycation"

Communication is a key , the host states clearly his expectations at the same time respects you , accommodating your needs . The description of the house is very accurate, so you don’t get disappointed . "

"This hotel is in the heart of everything. Restaurant from Benihana's to Chipotle. Shopping centers are also at a large variety. This hotel does offee breakfast, eats sausages/ham, oatmeal, cereal, coffee and juice. I came from out of town and did a staycation with my mom and she enjoyed herself. She raved about the comfortableness of the bed and the breakfast she love everything about it. Staff was attentive and extremely polite. Requested towels and was taken care of immediately. I felt valued would stay and recommend. Its also family friendly which is a plus. "

"This place is a gem. Denise is delightful. The lower garden area is so lovely, and our elderly dog had the time of his life taking in all of the sights and smells. Highly recommend! "
