"Great slice of heaven on the lake! The house was cozy and clean, with views and sunsets to dazzle us. We spent most of our days on the back deck/patio enjoying the weather, views, and aviary visitors. The kitchen had all the basics, with options for most cooking needs. We sampled some of the restaurant recommendations from local Belton and Temple locations. Communication with DeAnna was great, checked in upon our arrival to make sure everything was as expected. Wish the weather had been a bit warmer to enjoy the pool, but the hot tub was perfect for the evenings and the cooler weather with breezes allowed for us to spend 80% of the day out back. The driveway is a bit steep and short so make sure to remember to set the emergency brake when parking. "
