"Location and view is fantastic! Minutes from major transportation and popular sightseeing locations. Housekeeping and facilities could be better, swimming pool has to be booked in advance and only available for 30 minutes per booking, housekeeping doesn’t refill coffee/tea or empty tissue box, they only clean and replaced the towels. Breakfast buffet is another disappointment, options are limited for the premium price tag."

"An excellent stay to celebrate a special occasion. Staff were incredible, attentive, polite and we were given an upgrade to our room on arrival. We did not eat breakfast at the property as it was not included in our room booking however we did make use of the hotels many restaurants - which were amazing! So much choice and excellent food. Great location for exploring the area of Westminster and the hotels courtyard is breathtaking."

"Exactly what we needed for an overnight concert stay. Unfortunately there was tube noise being in the windowless rooms and the corridor lights remained on so there was a lot of light into the room. Great air con and bathroom. Would stay again, maybe not in the basement rooms !"
