"Even though we booked “housekeeping daily” in 5 nights our room was cleaned only twice. The breakfast is really not good at all. Maintaining the breakfast room is clearly not a priority. One of two elevators didn’t work for three days. The hotel is one block from skid row, if you are not accustomed to urban environments, you might consider staying at a different hotel."
