The room was just what we wanted, with two twin beds. The wi-fi worked easily, and the bathroom was very up-scale. The lounge felt welcoming, which expanded the size of our living space. We loved the breakfast, which was both professionally put together and personalized. We felt welcomed by the hosts, who gave us excellent directions and suggestions. A very pleasant stay!

Great staff

The place was beautiful in a quiet part of town and Mark did an excellent work to welcome us. The breakfast was delicious and meticulously prepared for us, vegetarians and one, GF. Never slept that well after a long train ride and walking. Thank you, Mark!

Perfect place to nurse a jetlag

Stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Had 2 excellent evening meals in the Brasserie. Spa treatments need to be booked in advance. There was no availability for my wife in our stay. However, used the spa pool and hot rooms after a day's long walk (Freshwater Bay well recommended for this) which were excellent.

Congenial staff at this property worked hard to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We were able to check in a bit earlier after a long travel day. Comfortable and spotlessly clean, each room whimsical in decor. Fantastic breakfast added to our quite lovely experience!

I can't wait to go back! Great warm fun staff! Cozy beautiful hotel. Food is absolutely delicious! Locals come to eat here.

Very nice Pub and Inn in the village of Soberton. The staff was friendly and accommodating. In the restaurant the food was excellent.

Granted, it’s not the most lavish hotel room I’ve ever had but you simply can’t get a better location! Breakfast is included and Wi-Fi doesn’t require a pesky password. Shopping is right outside the door (the hotel is actually part of a shopping mall) and there are tons of restaurants around, many of which offer discounts to guests of the hotel. City center is walking distance. Isle of Wight ferry is also right there. Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Portsmouth for a visit or before a...

Charming, quiet, extremely comfortable. Staff were superb!

My family enjoyed our stay…we wished we had more time to explore! Highly recommend staying at the Queens Hotel.

Came in on a cruise ship. At 9:30 am we arrived by cab, not knowing if we would have to wait until 2:00 check in. They actually checked us in upon arrival and we were able to relax and not worry about dragging our luggage around. I would have given an excellent rating except for the carpeting that was quite stained in our room. The bar/restaurant was great with good food and beer. Saved us from going out.

I needed a location that was central to my family who live in Pagham. The location could not have been better. The accommodation was adequate, the breakfast selection and quality was amazing. As was the selection of draft beer, I would 100% stay again. The staff members were customer oriented, they were very accommodating even with a very late check in and early departure.
