"The property has some maintenance issues that need sorting. Carpet to bathroom and bedroom is loose. Its a curved staircase and its very dangerous. I asked about fixing it which i was told would be done by handyman. All he did was tuck it in so within a day was loose again which caused an accident. Bathroom is damp and paint and plaster is peeling off. Few other bits as well need sorting. Its a nice central place with lovely views. "We had a great little stay at this apartment, the apartment was well located with plenty of parking at the back. Very clean through out and had all the facilities we needed. We only stayed 3 nights as a quick getaway but we are Filey goers and would definitely return to this accommodation."

"We were made to feel very welcome. The apartment was beautiful and spotless with a balcony overlooking the North Bay. We had good recommendations from the staff on reception and nothing was too much trouble. The only confusion was the booking process. I assumed we had paid on booking but when we arrived were told it was still to pay for. I think this needs to be made clearer on Vrbo website booking confirmation."
