"It was a very nice and quaint area right in the water. Quiet at night and easy to find. The mattresses on the beds could have been updated as they were obviously worn down on one side and would have made getting a good night’s sleep easier. "

"The location of the "resort" is convenient being by the confluence of the Colorado and the Llano portions of the rivers, and that was nice for boating.
However...the apartment is totally run down. One of the showers didn't work, leaky faucets, window unit AC units, old furniture, kitchen was minimally stocked. The staff were kind as could be and super helpful. Some updating could make this place nice. The beds were comfortable."
