"Pool was smaller than expected but was refreshing However, it was closed at 2 days for a private party. They lied and said it was for maintenance reasons when we arrived. We would have appreciated more honesty. The room was great so other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "

"Great location for exploring Valencia on foot. Great bar and restaurant 2 mins behind hotel and 7 mins walk from strip of restaurants and bars. Breakfast in hotel was excellent, didn't eat or drink in hotel otherwise. Well had one drunk in bar- very expensive. Rooms very comfortable and well stocked. AC worked well and easily adjustable. We had a problem with the safe which was sorted quickly. Downside- They changed our towels daily which wasn't eco friendly. "

"Great location and stay in valencia. Loved having the option to rent bikes from the hotel at an awesome rate per day, made it so easy to get around and see the city."

"I've been to 63 countries and Rey Ex Don Jaime has been the best personal I've dealt with regarding the professionalism and the kindness, thank you to the reception crew Eloi, Raquel, Salvador, Enrique, Sofia, Tomas, Carlota, Jose, Oscar, Santi, Giorgia, Angels, and the best manager Teresa. I can't stop talking about the food at the hotel that very exceptional and delicious, the chefs should deserve to be recognize, thank you to Gerry, Alba, Sebastian, and Lucia for being the best chefs at a hotel chain. In addition thank you to the dinning crew and bar personal Zynab, Javi, Fernando, Felix, ria, Ghizlan 1 & 2, Lucia, Marci, Leire, Laura. lastly Vilma, yolanda for making my room comfortable and Olver, Nildo. Raquel from events as well."
