"Novotel is my airport hotel of choice. Genuinely friendly and helpful team members. Everywhere is clean and smells fresh. The rooms are also very clean, quiet and well equipped with iron/ironing board, hairdryer and coffee/tea making facilities. Beds are comfy, with nice soft bedding - a great nights sleep. The shower has great pressure, the toiletries smell divine and the towels are fluffy. Shuttle bus to and from the airport is great and runs very regularly (£4pp each way). I always look forward to staying at Novotel Stansted - wether it’s the night before my holiday, or the night I return. "

"Room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The main building was constructed in mid 1500's and is well preserved. We stayed in a more modern wing. All staff are friendly and welcoming, Joanna at reception is an outstanding asset for the hotel. Parking was easy, and internet was good. Breakfast was wonderful with offerings of a cooked as well as continental breakfast. I understand current owners are slowly updating the hotel however it is still well presented and maintained and a charming establishment. We would not hesitate to stay again if the opportunity arises"
