The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Welcome to Paula, a beautifully decorated villa, encompassed by a pine tree and cypresses environment by Benissa Coast. Less than 5 minutes walking distance takes us toward the spectacular small sand beach of La Fustera together with a beach bar, restaurants, and a supermarket. Close by, we find the center of the cost town of Calpe, one of the major attractions for anyone in search of spacious sand beaches and a large variety of bars, restaurants, and shops right by the coastline.

Villa Paula´s drive offers parking for a total of 3 cars, which flows toward a spacious terrace. The private swimming pool forms the heart of this holiday home, surrounded by sun-umbrellas, deck chairs, and a built-in BBQ. Paula´s lively vegetation surrounding the villa provides a very pleasant degree of privacy to enjoy the Mediterranean holiday experience to the fullest. Another terrace space can be found right by the entrance leading us toward an open-air veranda with an outdoor dining area.

The entire holiday home is set on one level and central heating for the cooler months, the open-air veranda leads into a spacious modern living/dining room, enjoying a high ceiling with wood beams and a bright atmosphere, equipped with Sat+TV+DVD together with a fireplace. We continue toward a modern kitchen, followed by a guest WC, 1 double bedroom with its own En-Suite bathroom, and 3 twin bedrooms sharing a shower room. All bedrooms with A/C units.

Villa Paula offers a pool heating that can be booked with an extra charge.
