"I highly recommend choosing this Holiday Inn Express- in Tupelo, MS !! the moment we set foot in the hotel I knew it would be a great experience. Very clean, and smelled nice with modern style. The clerk at the front desk was super sweet and happy to see us. Our room was clean and the Dove bathroom products were a super nice touch. We also enjoyed sitting out by the pool area. The pool was clear and clean. The included breakfast was better then iv had at most hotels. It was very well stocked and maintained. Pancakes were a plus. Oh don’t forget to look for the fresh baked cookies in the lobby next to the lemonade."

"I never leave reviews but I felt it was needed. Not only was it priced to good to be true bc of saying you get what you pay for, I was shocked!! The room was nice and cool, room was extremely clean and I wish I knew the ladies that were working names but was too tired. 1 was in training and the other was helping her. These are the kind of employees that companies should be looking for! They were the kindest gals ever. I most definitely will be staying here every year on our yearly vacation to Florida. The breakfast was good and even the shampoo and conditioner in shower was very good! Not cheap junk. Definitely exceeded my expectations for hospitality. The breakfast lady was extremely sweet and went out of her way to make sure every hotel guest got everything they needed. Best staff hands down I've come across in my 30+ years of hotel stays across the U.S. Thank you again and hope to see these awesome ladies in future stays!"

"The staff was very helpful at the Hampton Inn New Albany location, particularly the person who checked us in. Our room was clean; however, the bed was not complete. There were clean sheets folded neatly on the bed, but the bed was not made. We were promptly helped by the front desk staff member, who seemed to be working alone. She was apologetic and made our bed herself."

"Traveling through this is decent for the stay. The hotel itself is outdated so don’t expect a Waldorf experience. The shower curtains should be replaced. The towels as well. The TV kept flickering to a snowy screen. We stayed two nights. As did other family members. The staff are very accommodating friendly and professional. Parking is always a breeze. Very convenient location."
