Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. "Es war ein stürmischer Aufenthalt über den Jahreswechsel und den einzigen Kampf, den wir zu kämpfen hatten, war der mit der Klimaanlage, die uns den Aufenthalt angenehmer machen sollte - lag aber bestimmt an uns. There is a very helpful folder with recommendations for cafés/restaurants as well as suggestions for sightseeing tours close-by etc. Communication with Anouk was very easy.
