"We had a Great Stay at Hôtel Etats-Unis Opéra. The hotel was very convient to many things. The Staff was Excellent the Restaurant and Bar was Awesome. Very Clean room a bit dated but adequate. We had everything we needed. I would stay here again and recommend this Hotel. Sincerely, Joyce & Rich Iannicelli"

"The Hotel was in an area which was accessible to shops and restaurants. It was in walking distance to the main station 5-10 mins and to the canal attractions. The staff were helpful, there was a lift and the room was very comfortable. Would recommend. "

"Excellent location, quiet and clean. The staff went above and beyond for us from the moment we checked in early. I stupidly left my phone in the taxi on the way to the train station. When I realized I’d lost it, my friend called the hotel, who immediately checked my room and when they didn’t find it, took it upon themselves to call the taxi company. Within a few minutes of calling the hotel, they’d tracked down the taxi, located my phone, and sent the driver to meet me at the train station so we’d make our departure. This is WAY above the call of duty, and saved the day. Would recommend 1000 times over. "
