"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. "One important detail was omitted in the description of the listing. 4 flights of spiral stairs with no railing on the wall corresponding to the wide steps. 74 steps. We would have never booked this if we knew about the stairs. We are 70 and 74 years of age. We felt it was death defying carrying 50 pound suitcases up the stairs. Stayed one night. Booked a hotel for the rest of our stay in Bergen. Owner promised 50% refund. Thought it would be nice to have a washer dryer midway on our trip. But...
