"My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was plenty spacious for us, one comfortable on the sofa bed also appreciated being able to open the window to the balcony and the bed on the other side of the apartment was comfortable too. We especially liked the location, convenient to Mt. Fløyen and Bryggen. The owner was kind and responsive."

"We had high hopes for this VRBO rental based on other reviews and pictures. The place was difficult to find - it is not down a "road/street" as per instructors, but an extermely narrow space between buildings that covered by construction tarps/ladders and extremely dirty (broken glass, garbage, old blankets, etc.), resembling a homeless encampment. We were a little nervous to find someone there each time we left the apartment complex. It wasn't an ideal environment to visit with kids. I would...

"Spent just 3 nights but close to friends and family that we were visiting. Quiet spot and close to a grocery store (literally down the street), good restaurants, transportation, and cultural places. Very clean and had what we needed for preparing food. The washing machine was very helpful to have. "

"Property was a bit different than i anticipated but we were mostly out and about so not a big deal. Property owner was very helpful and good to communicate with."

"We had a great experience of Bergen in this cozy, centrally located place in one of the hillside quarters dominated by little alleyways and wooden houses. The place has everything you need and more, and the owner is super helpful and quick in communicating. Would definitely book it again."

"Great stay just outside the heart of Bergen's Bryggen area, right next to the fortress. We had no view out the window, but the business category room was a good size and bathroom very large for Europe. We also appreciated having laundry available (washer and dryer) on site, for a fee, for hotel guests. The building has no air conditioning, which was an issue when we stayed due to the July heatwave, but the front desk let us borrow a small fan which at least provided a tiny bit of moving air in the room."
