"Great place slightly removed from the noisy city center (~30-minute walk through interesting neighborhoods—we like to walk!—or 14 minutes by easy public transport) with a local neighborhood feel, a pretty river close by, and convenient services (grocery stores, an excellent bakery). Bergen can have a chill in the mornings and evenings, being close to so much water, so we were extremely happy to feel the ambient heat under our feet. "The host was very helpful in guiding us to and inside the property when we arrived late at night (our phones weren’t so helpful and took a while to connect to cell service to read the instructions.) We recommend restarting phones asap upon arrival in Bergen. Conveniently located in a neighborhood close to busses and grocery with all the comforts of home Lovely Pub nearby, Dr Weiseners. Great food and helpful staff ❤️. We hope to come again to Bergen!"
