"I will not stay here again"

"I enjoyed my stay but couldn’t seem to get the towel situation right until the last 2 days. There were 2 adults but only had one face towel, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. Even after requesting or going to get more, after the room was cleaned we will still end up with the same original amount, so had to request more at least 3 times during the visit. Other than that the stay was great. Good location, close to so many things"

"My room had a strong smoke smell I asked the front desk if it was a nonsmoking room they said yes it was and if they could give us other room i was willing to pay the difference in price for a upgrade they said they couldn’t move us to other room because they were booked. We went to buy all kind of stuff to make it smell better and we air the room all the time it wasn’t pleasant. Also the jacuzzi it wasn’t working and the pool was no well maintained there were ducks swimming in it and duck poop at the bottom."

"There was dirt on tables. There was no microwave in the room. House cleaning staff was very disruptive and used to come knock at the door every morning yelling despite do not disturb hanging outside our door. Overall 7/10 experience! location is very ideal in downtown. Union Square is on one minute walk."
