"Flure wirkten wegen des Teppichs schmuddelig und unsauber, ebenso die Zimmer. Klimaanlage im Zimmer ohne Wirkung, sehr stickige Luft. Fenster nur kippbar. Loser Türgriff im Bad, Kosmetiktücher nicht aufgefüllt… Zimmer vor Check-In sicherlich nicht geprüft. Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl, verschiedene Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Hatten uns allerdings vom Andels mehr erhofft."
"The staff were very nice and helpful when we asked to change rooms because we’re elderly and the walk to our first room was quite a distance from the elevator. The front staff changed our room and we were very grateful. The hotel construction outside is an eye sore, the inside is tired and needs some tlc. There is a nice bar and lounge area. The neighborhood is not convenient to shopping or the central part of the tourist areas. Also we didn’t feel comfortable walking in the area at night."
