Really loved this place, the room was big enough and very technological. It’s also close to the city center you can go there walking and it takes like 30 mins or take a tram that takes like 8 minutes.

If you’re not used to city living and the noises that come with it - you may find it hard to sleep with the windows open. Only thing missing in the room was washcloths. Overall rating on room and our stay 5 stars. Recommend for the price and location.

It is a good place to stay with family and explore Switzerland using train(car). You need only 7 mins to get to the Bern Hauptbahnhof by bus which runs every 4 minutes. Flavio, the manager, is very friendly and willingly answered on all our questions. This place was recently renovated and has equipped with new kitchen and bathroom appliances..

A great find

A fantastic apartment in a lovely part of Bern which was well connected to the city due to an impressive network system. If self catering the kitchen is basically stocked but it was copable and we would definitely stop here again. Thank you!

Decent stay in a nice neighbourhood of Bern. Room was clean, however noisy constructions were happening which disturbed our sleep. Room had cool technology but sometimes it got in the way of functionality

Decent place but tech gone too far

Decent place which is well connected by tram to the centre of town. However, kitchen and everything in it was pretty grubby. On our last night, most of thee tech stopped working and we had to sleep with the bathroom lights on. Thankfully we found the master switch to turn the bedframe light off but it meant we couldn't charge our devices.

Very modern apartment, but it seemed unfinished - missing the door frame, missing half of the curtain, missing the baseboard, etc. The kitchen cabinet was awesome with everything we need, including a coffee maker, hot water for tea, etc. Another renter told us not to use the washing machine, not sure (due to the language barrier) because the machine didn't work or was too noisy because it was next to her apartment.

マイカーで利用。スイスでは珍しい地下パーキング無料。 文句なし。 建物に常駐のスタッフが受付を担当していてチェックインもスムーズだった。 部屋も新しくキッチン含めて全てが綺麗な最新設備。

Abnutzungserscheinigungen im Zimmer, Schimmel im Bad, unfertige Eingangswand, Einbau der Deckenbeleuchtung unvollständig. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Parkplatz ist gleichzeitig Abstelllager für Baumaterial, deshalb fehlen Parkplätze. Der Empfang war hervorragend. Das konnte jedoch nicht den Eindruck wettmachen, dass das Zimmer (insbes. das Bad) einige Abnutzungserscheinungen aufweist.

I would not rebook

There is no air conditioning nor is there a fan in the room. There was only an air purifier which did not cool the room down. Towels are not changed nor is there any house keeping. The laundry facilities are a mess. Disappointed. Location was good though

No reception desk at all. All guest comes clueless as to how to check in. Only a push button to dial but do not pick up on first attempt. There should be a clear communication on how to check in specially guests are from all over the world and age who do not know local language or carry local phone

The room is really cool, its by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. I love how there’s a mini kitchen where we can cook. It’s close to the Old Town City too, that’s a plus.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, groß und sehr modern, liegt jedoch außerhalb (2km) des Stadtgeschehens. Der junge Herr, der sich um den Check-in kümmert, ist extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent! Großes Plus für das Hotel!!! Ein persönliches Dankeschön an Sie, Aidan! Mit der nahegelegenen Citybikestation kann man wunderbar Ebikes und bikes mieten (etwas kostenintensiv, aber sehr praktisch). Bus habe ich nicht probiert. Die kostenlosen Parkplätze sind ein großes Plus! Jedoch gab es einen Nachteil (deshalb keine 5Sterne): die Sonne knallt ab 11h mit voller Kraft auf die große Fensterfront. Es wurde im Zimmer extrem heiß, so daß der Schweiß nur so tropfte. Es gab weder Belüftung noch Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Das Putzpersonal hat mir freundlicherweise einen Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt. Der war aber leider nicht annähernd ausreichend. Hoffe, daß da noch eine Lösung gefunden wird.
