This apartment is immediately above 2 restaurants, and the smell and stench of fried food, etc. is super strong inside the apartment. The smell is TERRIBLE and left a smell over everything we had, even inside our suitcases...it was difficult to even sleep the smell kept us awake. "Apartment is big with a sizeable living and fully equipped kitchen complete with cutleries, knives , wine opener, a few saucepans , frying pans oven , microwave , fridgr and dishwasher . The bathroom is big, clean and looks newly renovated There is a bus stop 3 mins walk away which goes to the Lucerne central bus station which is very convenient. "

"Located in Horw but well connected with trains to downtown Lucerne. Check in was cumbersome as it was all ‘personless’. I did not see a hotel employee in the 3 days we stayed and that felt impersonal and vague. One must have a good data plan and lots of phone battery life at all times otherwise you cannot enter the building. There is no one you can call if you are stranded out. The electronic key did not work all the time. While in the building, wifi was adequate. Parking is paid (CHF 7 per 24...
