"Everything was excellent until check-out. I departed at 04:35 and there was nobody available at the front desk to check me out and provide a receipt. I called out loud to get someones attention but there was nobody in the vici ity of the front desk to hear me."

"This is my second time staying there both times for 1-2 days. It is near the Midway airport and closer to downtown than O'Hara. It is clean and quiet. And the staff is nice and helpful. "
