"Great communication and quick replies, all the relevant details were sent through with photos of how to access the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need in it. Comfortable sofa and bed, all seemed very new and well looked after, it was perfect! Nice and quiet and we had great nights sleep, we stayed 2 nights and it was perfect! We highly recommended this apartment and would stay again! Thanks so much! "

"The property was not clean on arrival, and the towels were damp. They did send a cleaner the next day when reported. "

"This property should be taken off the site, the owner never showed up to allow access to the property, no email. I was left with two children and my wife wondering what to do. The support line was unresponsive and I had to book from another site. "

"Had a terrible experience with this property manager. Changed the location of the our stay. We arranged an extra night then the manager changed his mind at 11pm the night before and we had to leave in the morning with very little notice. He said he would reimburse us as we had already paid. He did not. Promised he would and did not. I would stay far away from this loser."

"If you're looking for affordable accommodation, Hotel Ramala is one of the best options around. The food is excellent – I had breakfast and dinner there twice, and both were really good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located next to Junction 2 on the M5, with Aldi right beside it and Asda opposite. Plus, it's just a five-minute walk to shopping and restaurants."
