"This was generally a nice property to stay in. There were a few technical issues on check in but these were sorted very quickly. The wifi isn’t very strong and as soon as I moved into the bedroom it disconnected me every time. Overall it was a very clean place except for the kitchen. Most of the dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty and I had to wash everything before I used it. As was the stove top and bench. Another little problem is that they say they will charge £10 for any unwashed...

"We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. So overall not a good experience "

"An area of the bedroom carpet was very wet and we had to stand on it when accessing the wardrobe and when passing through the door. This was especially unpleasant during the night. The carpet showed no signs of drying out so the possible cause was a drainage leak from the adjacent shower room. The communal rubbish bins, located in the car park directly below the flats were overflowing with bagged and unbagged household rubbish dumped in many areas. "Extremely disappointed with my weekend away with my partner. The accommodation itself was really lovely; spacious, finished to a high speed specification and had a really good feel to it. "If you’ve spent days travelling to this apartment and then told it was not available and you’ve got no where else to go. Then this is the apartment is for you. I had to spend my nights on a friend sofa in Wolverhampton and only got part of my payment back which I’m still disputing."
