Village Hotel Birmingham Walsall

8/10 Good

"The bedroom was good with two comfortable double beds. Shower but no bath but not an issue for us. Room was quite warm. A fan is provided. Be aware that the gym and parking is an additional cost, although not expensive."

Holiday Inn Express Burton Upon Trent by IHG

8/10 Good

"The room was surprisingly spacious for an Express hotel. The storage space and shelving was well thought out. A huge bed and big comfy chair and table. The shower room was very clean and well maintained. The bedroom was generally clean but there were some tea stains on the carpet under the shelving. I also noticed an old wrist band down behind the bedside table which had clearly been missed during cleaning. The reception, bar and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. It was an especially late night/early morning finish for the bar staff on Saturday night which was much appreciated by some members of our party. The hotel was very busy but there was a good amount of parking spaces provided."

The Swan Hotel, Stafford, Staffordshire

"Lovely characterful charming building. Really comfy bed and bedding. A little tired in areas but overall a great stay and would return again."

5* Detached Stone Cottage with a Private Indoor Pool (Not Shared)

10/10 Excellent

"My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and the hosts were so welcoming and kind. Absolutely gorgeous place, great walks nearby and an amazing pool. It was well kept, comfortable and very cosy.As for hosts Ray communicated well throughout, made us feel so welcome and honestly the nicest person you could wish for to be hosting you. Even provided a jump start for our car after it broke down when we were leaving! After this stay we can say with certainty that we will be back."

Moorville Hall Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Ok yes it does need a refresh, but the rooms are clean, the linen was clean, and it cheap. What else do you want for the very low price. If you want 5 star pay for it."
